Prescription Refills
Medications are prescribed to last until your physician needs to reassess you. This means you need to identify when you are
going to run out of medications and plan a visit 3-4 weeks in advance of that time.
All prescription refills require an appointment, and the doctors will do a phone or telehealth/video appointment
for your convenience.
Our staff will not take refill requests over the phone, nor do we respond to pharmacies faxed requests asking
from a renewal of your prescriptions. Please understand that due to the volume of patients requiring prescriptions
we cannot possibly address these requests outside of scheduled appointments with a physician.
Please note that if you are going to run out before your appointment, your pharmacist can provide an emergency
extension of your medications.
